Prior to Arra Finance, Mr. Nemecek served as Chief Innovation Officer and founding executive at Lengenuity, where he helped build the company through leadership of product vision, innovation, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue growth initiatives. Prior to Lengenuity, Mr. Nemecek held leadership roles with Amazon.com, including Amazon LATAM Costa Rica, where he supported the growth and delivery of customer-focused services across North America and Latin America. Mr. Nemecek is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in consumer finance, automotive lending, financial technology, and customer experience. Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue growth organizations, leading initiatives that accelerated growth, strengthened customer engagement, improved operational performance, and attain market share dominance. His experience spans lending, insurance, technology, and financial services, including leadership roles with Capital One, State National Companies, and Summit Acceptance Corporation.
Mr. Nemecek attended the University of Texas at Dallas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
