Prior to joining Arra Finance, Mr. Benedict served as Chief Operating Officer at Crescent Bank. Prior to Crescent Bank, he held the same role at American Financial. Earlier in his career, Mr. Benedict was Head of Servicing at Exeter Finance and had held various leadership positions at Capital One Auto Finance and Avaya.
Mr. Benedict’s 24 years of experience in financial services includes sales, credit, funding, customer service, collections, loss mitigation, training, process improvement, compliance, and reporting.
Mr. Benedict holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.
